Q: What time does Fear in 3D open?
A: Fear in 3D is open every Thursday – Sunday in October, 5pm – 11pm.

Q: Is Fear in 3D Scary?
A: Yes! Fear in 3D is frightfully scary and FUN! As the premiere haunted attraction in the area, we feature ghostly illusion, animated monsters, and creatures of the night! Our movie quality sets will make you a believer.

Q: Are there things that I am not allowed to bring to Fear in 3D?
A: For the safety of all patrons, Fear in 3D does not allow pets, alcoholic beverages, costumes, food or drinks of any kind, or weapons inside the attraction. Safety is a top priority for our team.

Q: Will Fear in 3D remain open if it rains?
A: Yes, we will remain open since this is an indoor attraction.

Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking lot of the Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Q: Will the monsters/actors touch me?
A: No. At Fear in 3D, we want your experience to be pleasurable and safe. Please reciprocate this courtesy and refrain from touching, grabbing, or hitting our actors. Fear in 3D strictly enforces a zero tolerance policy for violence against our employees.

Q: Is photography/videography allowed?
A: Sorry, Fear in 3D prohibits photography and video recording during the attraction. There will be designated areas for photos to be taken.

Q: Do you have an ATM on site?
A: Unfortunately, we do not. But we are near plenty of options.

Q: Is there someplace to buy food?
A: There are many restaurants located in the shopping center.

Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Yes. Fear in 3D is fun and safe for all ages, but may not be appropriate for young children. It is at the discretion of the parents, but we do not recommend this attraction to those under the age 13. Children and those seeking a “light fright” may request a "Glow of Protection". With this glow necklace, our resident ghouls will be instructed not to scare the holder.

Q: Will there be security?
A: Yes. This attraction will have security.

Q: Are you wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, our attraction does not have any stairs and provides 4ft clearance throughout.

Q: We made it halfway through, can I receive a refund?
A: NO REFUNDS. If you are so scared you need to leave early, then we have done our job.

Q: Are there restrooms available?
A: There are restrooms available throughout the shopping center.

Q: What is a 3D Haunt?
A: Special paint, paint techniques, and blacklight effects will appear throughout the attraction. 3D glasses will be used to experience the full 3D effect, as vivid creepy images appear in motion to increase the fright factor of the haunt! It is an exciting, fun, and heart pounding experience for even the greatest scare seekers!

Q: What does my VIP ticket include?
With a VIP ticket, you get to skip-the-line. You will also receive a free limited edition Fear in 3D T-shirt upon entry!


You should NOT ENTER this Haunted House if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer from any type of mental disease including claustrophobia. Strobe lights, fog, blacklights, and 3D visuals will be in use.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove guests due to inappropriate behavior at any time without refund or re-admittance.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
